The answer to changing the culture of your church
The first ten minutes of teaching would be enough to start changing the culture of your church. I have been in so many churches that are changing at the speed of the "resistors" (and that means not at all most of the time). Graham, with his great sense of humour, shows us why that is, and how to change it. Brilliant! A recommended read to all, but especially Pastors who just don't know where to start.

Leadership on Steriods
It doesn't matter whether you are a leader in a church or in a business or in your family, if you're interested in growing as a leader, you need to get this set. It is chock full of practical tips about how to get a people group from point A to point B. I am especially loving where Graham has been open and real, sharing where he made some mistakes in leading, and what he is doing differently now, and WHY. I've had huge questions on where to spend my time. I feel guilty about the people who are struggling, but I also don't want to overburden and burn out those who seem to get it and run and how to keep them running well. I also had questions on how to create the atmosphere and culture I was feeling led by Dad (God) to do in practical ways. If you have any of those same questions, get this set. And Graham, thanks!!! Please do more in this area! I am buying this set for every growing leader under me. <3

It's about shifting atmospheres
Revival is not an event, it is an environment. It is about shifting the atmosphere to look like heaven instead of the negativity so prevalent in our world today. Worship is a key component of that shift, so we move from complaining to music to exalting the glory, majesty, and significance of God. We call people up into their true identity instead of calling them out on their behavior, literally loving the negativity out of them! I love the real-life stories Graham uses to make all these teachings practical - like 400 people crammed into one house, all speaking in tongues together for an hour to shift the atmosphere over a family! And his brilliant question to the Lord beforehand, What passes for fun right now in Your beautiful mind? This teaching is not just for churches, but for individuals as well, for the truths are applicable for the smallest body of one, to cities and nations. I came away with a wonderful sense of hope and delight in God who is endlessly kind and patient and loves to make life with Him fun!
